Annual Dues
At the 2024 annual meeting dues were agreed to be raised to $800 for the next year. The Board voted and agreed with this amount and so annual dues are $800 for 2025. Dues are payable by June 1. If dues are not paid by June 1 then a late notice will be mailed out. Fines and interest will accrue after June 30th. Please pay your dues by June 1 to minimize the HOA cost of mailing late notices. Thank you.
